One reason I decided to start a blog is because I recently donated a piece to the Studio Art Quilt Associates auction and noticed once my quilt was posted that only a few of the quilters did not have either a website or blog - and I was one of them. And then once the auction started I noticed that quilts made by individuals without web presence did not sell as fast or for as much. Therefore blogging was required.
I spend a lot of time on the computer and LOVE surfing the net I just never felt a strong desire to jump in myself. So here I am. I will post previous projects, current work, thoughts, and since I teach quilting at my local quilt shop, I will post my classes and handouts in hope to help those also doing the same.
